Schools Closed April 8 2025 Indiana. Central indiana students will get to experience a rare total solar eclipse on april 8 and just about every school district in the area is taking precautions that day to keep kids safe. State regulations do not allow us to close some schools and keep others open.
As the 2024 total solar eclipse continues to draw closer, many central indiana schools are planning to allow students the chance to be outside for the once in a lifetime event.
